To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed Finance Group Manager (f/m/d) to join us as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for financial accounting and the correct and timely preparation of all Group financial statements.
- Ensuring the proper mapping of all financial business transactions and compliance with legal regulations (e.g. tax law, accounting standards)
- Management and further development of a young, dynamic team
- Close cooperation with the department heads; active involvement in shaping the company’s financial strategy
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. banks, auditors, tax consultants)
- Responsibility for the continuous optimization of financially relevant processes and systems
- Preparation of reports and financial analyses for strategic decision-making; ongoing reporting to the Management Board
- Responsibility for liquidity planning and cash flow monitoring
- Expansion of internal control systems and risk management processes
Your Profile
- Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international company
- Completed commercial training or business studies
- Sound knowledge of accounting in accordance with UGB and tax law
- BMD NTCS knowledge
- Strong hands-on mentality and independent, solution-oriented way of working
- Experience in team leadership and enjoyment in the further development of employees
- High level of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP and reporting systems

Gross annual salary EUR 100,000 for 40 hours per week (all-in)
