Your Tasks
- You will learn to plan and coordinate corporate flights with ARINC direct Flight planning and LEON Scheduling software.
- You will learn how to plan a flight independently worldwide.
- You will arrange and handle service that an A/C requires on ground and for pax.
- You will request and obtain the permit to overfly/land in a specific country.
- You will coordinate your tasks with other departments within the company and with external providers.
Your Profile
- You are motivated and able to learn new skills fast.
- You are happy to deal with new situations that come your way without losing focus to complete the task in the best way possible. You are willing to take obstacles on the way as a challenge to grow and deal with them without hesitation.
- You have a qualification for university entrance or completed a secondary school certificate.
- Dispatch license of advantage.
- Knowledge of aviation, experience in flight dispatching, operations management or ground operations is an advantage.
- You have excellent IT user skills, organizational skills, and assertiveness.
- You work team-oriented and are characterized by flexibility, problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English are a matter of course for you, another language is an advantage – German is not a requirement, but A2 will help you.
- You have the right to work and live in Austria.
We offer you
Avcon Jet offers you a demanding range of tasks with a high degree of responsibilities and a great working environment in a young team.
Total annual salary between € 36.400 and € 40.600 depending on your qualification. Overpayment possible. Bonus allowance for each night shift/public holiday duty is also allotted. Additionally, we offer a Jahreskarte and support a job bike program.
