Legal Counsel (F/M/X)

Your Tasks

  • Review, drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts (e.g. service, leasing and management contracts)
  • Support in labor and corporate law
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. data protection, compliance)
  • Advising management and specialist departments on ongoing legal issues
  • Close cooperation with HR, Finance, Operations and external lawyers
  • Support in disputes, claims for damages and coordination with insurance companies
  • Participation in projects, e.g. international expansion, company structure or cooperations

Your Profile

MUST HAVE

  • Completed degree in law (Jus)
  • 2 years of professional experience in a law firm, ideally in corporate or commercial law
  • Sound knowledge of contract law
  • Sound knowledge of company law
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • High level of problem-solving skills, initiative and structured way of working

NICE TO HAVE

  • Basic knowledge of labor law
  • Experience in an international company or in a law firm with an international focus
  • Interest in industry-specific topics such as aviation law and regulatory issues
  • Flexibility to work independently and in a team

The gross annual salary for this position is € 55,000. An overpayment is of course possible with appropriate qualifications and experience
